Nutrition Action Healthletter, published by the non-profit Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI), is the largest-circulation health and nutrition newsletter in North America. Since 1974, it has been transforming the American diet with honest, unbiased nutritional, health & educational information for consumers.  Each issue covers topics such as food labeling, nutritional content, product reviews, vitamins & exercise, diet-related disease, and more.

CSPI is an influential and independent science-based organization that does not accept donations from corporations or government so they can be free of conflicts of interest.  They educate the public, advocate government policies that are consistent with scientific evidence on health issues, and counter industry's powerful influence on public opinion and public policies.

Nutrition Action Healthletter subscribers are active consumers who want to be healthier and understand the importance of the link between diet and health.  They want unbiased, timely information in an easy-to-understand format
so they can make better choices for themselves and their families.
